ABOUT JOSHUA

Josh’s prior success as a touring musician and stage performer lends a unique perspective to the world of Marketing and Production. This blend of experiences gives him the ability to problem-solve on the fly while driving towards the overarching objective. He has built teams from the ground up, strategized with Fortune 500 Companies, Interfaced with Tier 1 talent, and led campaigns for multiple Digital, Creative and Experiential agencies. In addition to being a Clio and BIG US Award winning agency producer, his broadcast credits include Netflix, The Travel Channel, and NBC Universal.

Striking a hyper-focused balance between creativity and logistics, Josh is able to provide insight and efficiencies across all facets of his numerous projects and endeavors. As the Executive Producer of ‘Gatorade 5v5’ for MKTG Inc., he and his team were awarded ‘Best of 2017’ at the Festival of Media Awards. Across a 5 year span, Josh’s vision and execution saw the program grow exponentially in size, scope, and reach. Joshua has extensive experience in Brand Marketing and retail partnerships, having launched new product lines through DTC campaigns for Beats By Dre, Nike, and Sambazon on behalf of multiple experiential agencies including On Board Experiential, NCompass International, and Optimist Inc.

In 2021, as the Executive Director for Project Independence, Josh led logistics and staffing for all Mass Vaccination Sites in Los Angeles and Orange County.  Working closely with State Officials, he was responsible for 8 mega sites and over 1000 staff on the ground 7 days a week. This effort led to Orange and LA leading the state in percentage of population vaccinated and put thousands of event professionals to work.  Since then, Joshua has stepped back into the Creative Agency space, leading award winning productions for Uber Eats, Warner Brothers, and the City of Las Vegas.

Given his eclectic experience, Josh has sharpened his production skills to an elite level and established himself as a fixture in the Los Angeles marketing and event production community. Outside of the workplace, Josh is a musician, DJ, snowboarder, and die-hard fan of his hometown Detroit sports teams.

Music

As a Detroit born drummer turned DJ/Producer, Joshua’s taste and style is rooted in percussive soul filled grooves.

Performing under the moniker of LittleFoot as both a DJ, and Percussionist, Joshua has established himself as a mainstay in the Los Angeles dance music community.

From 6 hour marathon DJ sets on the Playa of Burning Man, to thundering drum solos at the DoLab’s Lightning in a Bottle, a LittleFoot performance is truly unforgettable and is sure to make you dance until the very last beat.

Travel

Joshua has a never ending lust for travel.  This passion to explore and learn began at an early age when Joshua left his hometown of Detroit and moved west, landing in Los Angeles.

His adventurous spirit didn’t stop there, in the hopes of gaining a deeper understanding of our country, Joshua has been to 47 of the 50 states.  During his college years Joshua was a true globe hopper, with stops in the Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Prague, Germany and all over Western Europe.

Before graduating Joshua spent 3 months in Northern Japan where he fell in love with the mountains and learned to snowboard. Most recently he spent 4 months backpacking in Costa Rica, where he found an even greater love for our global environment and the wildlife we are so fortunate to share this Planet with.

This exposure to both local and global culture gives Joshua a unique perspective and communications skill set.  A passion for learning about others, caring for the environment, and exploring the unexplored fuels his need to push the boundaries of conventional thinking and allows for truly out of the box ideas that are both intentional and impactful.
